- 歐盟廣播電台：-23
- 美國廣播電台：-24
- BBC: -18
- Google 語音助理: -16 (Stereo) / -19 (Mono)
- Amazon Alexa: -14 LUFS, -2 dB TP. Hard limit range: -19 < Integrated Loudness < -9
- Spotify: 用 ReplayGain 算法，但建議 -14 LUFS, -1 dB TP
聲音工程學會 (Audio Engineering Society) 對 Podcast 等聲音節目的建議 (From here and here.pdf)：
- 尖峰： - 1 dB True Peak （避免 MP3 壓縮被截斷，以及再生設備爆音）
- 最大響度： -16 LUFS
- 最小響度： -20 LUFS （基於一般收聽環境是車內或都市噪音）
